When we handcraft our unique formulas, we often use organic ingredients that you can find on your plate! When we last blended this nourishing body cream, we got an idea for a rich, easy soup that incorporates some of its ingredients!

Meet the fall-perfect Carrot Ginger Soup! From its delicious cinnamon spice to its powerful immunity boosting ingredients, ring in the colorful season with this “radiantly” colored soup! (See what we did there?)
Carrot Ginger Soup
1 Yellow Onion
4 cups Peeled and Chopped Organic Carrots
1 1/2 Tablespoons Peeled and Minced Ginger Root
2 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Cups Organic Vegetable Broth
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Pinch Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 Cup Organic Coconut Cream
4 Ounces Butternut Squash Spirals
Dice onion. Chop carrots and mince ginger.
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the onion and sauté until soft (about 5 minutes). Add the carrots, ginger, vegetable broth, garlic powder, cinnamon and salt. Bring to a boil and let simmer until carrots have softened (about 15-20 minutes).
Transfer to a blender using a scoop or measuring cup. Add coconut cream and blend until smooth. Add more seasonings to taste if needed. Serve with a large pinch of butternut squash spirals.
