Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

The complete list of ingredients can be found under each product on our website. Please check with your physician for any questions or concerns.

What is the shelf life of your products?

We use a plant based preservative which gives our products a shelf life of 18 months. We make fresh batches, by hand, weekly. On full size products, you can find a best used by date on the bottom. We recommend using our natural products right away for optimal freshness.

Do the products contain SPF protection?

While some of the ingredients in our products contain some natural SPF protection, it's not enough to fully protect your skin from the sun's powerful rays.

Do you recommend anything to help with breakouts?

We recommend treating acne prone skin with Good Medicine Beauty Lab’s Purity Perfectly Clear Tonic. It is the extensive oil buildup in your skin pores that lead to clogs. I just started using natural products and I am getting red, dry patches. Why is this happening?

Easing into new products is very important especially when switching to a skincare routine with natural products full of bio-actives and without fillers. Your skin may be going through a detox. We recommend using only Rain Replenishing Oil Cleanser for one week, and then slowly adding more products. Everyone's skin is unique, and it often takes a bit of time to find the perfect products for your individualized skin. I have all of my products... now what? Can you recommend a routine?

There are 3 Basic Steps to a skincare routine which you can add to or customize for your unique skin:

Are the fragrances in your perfumes synthetic?

Our botanical perfumes are pure essential oils that are blended by hand. These beautiful blends are mixed with artisan perfumer's alcohol for the sprays or combined with sweet almond oil for the roll-ons.

When will I receive my order? My order seems to be delayed, when can I expect it?

Once an item is ordered and paid for, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. If you notice there hasn't been an update with your tracking number, please allow 5 business days before reaching out as USPS has seen an increased volume and packages are delayed from time to time.

What is your refund policy?
How do I use my spirit rewards? Why is my spirit reward/ discount code not working?

Our system only allows a single coupon code per order. Subscription products, promotional sales offered on our website, and spirit reward gifts can not be combined on any one order.
