Then I sat in the Autumn morning sun and savored every drop. I couldn't help but think how delicious it would have tasted with some ice on those recently passed hot Summer days.

Turmeric Beauty Milk Recipe

Total Time: 5 minutes / Serves: 2

Powerhouse Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp ghee or grass fed butter (may replace with coconut oil)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp organic turmeric (powder or grated root)
  • Fresh grated cinnamon (optional)

  • The Creation

    1. Pour coconut milk and water into the saucepan and warm for 2 minutes
    2. Add in butter, raw honey and turmeric powder for another 2 minutes
    3. Stir and pour into glasses - We love to put it in the blender for a few seconds to create an extra creamy consistency before serving!
    4. Sprinkle with fresh cinnamon on top
