Wild Nectar Salad Recipe

This simple yet surprising salad is the perfect addition to any meal, or a fabulous light meal on its own. This recipe is inspired by our Honey Dew Youth Nectar which contains fresh squeezed cucumber, grapefruit, and lime juices as well as wild honey. These are incredible juices for both your skin and your body.

Cucumber

Wild Nectar Salad Recipe

What you need:

  • Watermelon
  • Grapefruit
  • Cucumber
  • Fresh Basil
  • Lime
  • Wild Honey

The Dressing
Juice one lime and mix with one tablespoon of wild honey. This should be enough for about 4-6 servings.

The Salad
Prepare the watermelon, grapefruit, and cucumber into bite-size pieces. It's optional to peel the cucumber. 

Cut the fresh basil and sprinkle over the top. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Garnish with fresh basil bunches and leaves.
